In this proposal I am trying to improve the master bedroom and guest bathroom distribution design.
The advantages are:
*Guest bathroom door is not in the view from the living room (as in the previous proposal)
*Guest bathroom toilet is separated from vanity area (it has many advantages)
*Master's entry door becomes much more an entry to a private area.
*Master bedroom acquires more useful space.
*Master bathroom has the option to open an east view.
